Placed an order for "Authentic UGG Boots" on this website. 2 weeks later I got them in the mail and they are not "Authentic UGG Boots" as the website claims them to be. The website also states that there would be an authentication card included with the boots and that was not there either. I contacted the website via email (the only form of contact for them, no phone is listed) and after numerous emails back and forth they admitted that these are and I quote, "High Imitations"!!! What!!! That is not what i paid for! Oh and by the way this company is in CHINA! Website doesn't state that either, go figure! I have reported this to the UGG Austrialia Counterfiet department and they are investigating it. I just want the public to be aware that this is in fact a fraudulent website in that they never mention the word "IMITATION" anywhere. I would not have bought the boots if it had. Now I'm stuck with them because they only allow returns if it was something they caused! Hahaha!!!
