I saw the ad on tv and decided to call. It sounded to good to be true and I guess it was. This company told me that they could lower my mortgage by at least half and that it could take up to at least one year. I have sent them bank statements, pay stubs, and utility bills. I have recently tried to e-mail a couple of contacts that I have and my e-mails came back un-deliverable. Now it looks like my husband and I are going to lose our house.
