I ordered a wig for the price named above from tidebuy.com. They advertised an 8 day maximum shipment. I recieved my order three weeks later and recieved the wrong item in the wrong color. That is when I found out that this is a company in China. I emailed the customer service address provided. Three days later, they informed me that the order was "close" to what I had ordered and asked that I take pictures of all tags, etc. As well as photos of the item that I originally ordered. The only option that I had was to take a picture of the web site. Although this was a bit unorthodox, I provided them with the pictures requested and asked for a return procedure so I could mail them back the wrong item that I had recieved. I also requested that if the correct item could not be provided, then I wanted a refund. A week later, they asked me for more pictures and refused to give me "permission" to return the unwanted item. I have now asked for a refund in six emails and they have quit responding. I have kissed my $55 goodbye.
