Ripoff

I ordered a bid on a bag and supposedly won it. One week later I got a damage bag. I emailed them I got the damage bag. They wanted pictures of the item, so I took some pictures and emailed them. They didn't say "sorry" or any an apology, but they asked to me how I took pictures.

Then, they said the item was out of stock, so I would choose another item. I sent back the bag and I emailed I need money back, but they never replied.
The bag was $92. They ripped me off. I tried to call them but the phone number doesn't show anywhere.
