I received an unauthorized transaction on my credit card by this company. I called the company to dispute it but a woman who spoke broken english told me my account has been terminated but I cannot receive a refund. What account?!?! I never authorized anything or know anything about this company or what it is. I called my credit card company to make a complaint and a dispute. Unbelievable. I was charged two fees of 19.95 USD for something I know nothing about. Something must be done about these crooks.
