I ordered the skin cream and skin serum and was charged 3.96uro and 3.93 as stated on confirmation of order. I have checked my bank statement and i am disgusted to find that two amounts adding to the above figure on two separate dates in November 18 and 27th how do i go about retrieving my money. I bought these products in good faith and this is how I was treated
