Ordered samples of serum and moisturiser for postal cost only. Recieved a free eye cream also. Products did not suit my skin, resulting in peeling and itchiness. Contacted radiant skin care to cancel any further orders and told them not to take any money from my credit card. Recieved an email confirming this. My first order was on the 2 nov but they took 79.15 euros from my credit card on the 15 nov, way before the month trial was up. Products did not work for me so they are not suitable for the use they were purchased for. As a qualified beauty therapist i know that if a product does not agree with a client they are intitled to a refund or to cancel a product. Not happy with this service.
