My daughter sent me an email (at least that is what I thought) about an on-line work from home job. It was sent to her church group, myself, other family members and friends. I checked out the web site noted and after reading everything, decided for less than $100 I would try it. After processing my card on their "secure" site, my account was charged, I received the Welcome letter, but when I tried to login with my assigned login info, it kept coming back to the login screen... I contacted their support website and I received a response. Someone would contact me when resolved.
At this point, I received the 2nd email from my daughter stating her internet account had been hacked and she had not. Not. Sent this and not to open this email. Well, this was a little late. Today, I received an email asking me to call their toll free tel # to resolve the login process. (1-888-840-6704) I called and Teleeza gave me my new password, but guess what? That doesn't work either. I need help.
I would like to get my money back, but this will be the last time I will try anything sent to me this way. Only if I know the party and request info.
