I set the payment for two (2) Samsung Galaxy II smart phones. After waiting for more than two weeks, I contacted them again. The informed me that additional tariffs have been assessed by the Customs. I send this second payment which is included in the total. I contacted them again two week later and was informed that me goods were damaged in a truck accident. After several exchanges of emails they promised to refund my money on December 4th. Now they wont respond to my emails.
