I recently made a purchase from ONL techniques web site on 11/28. I received an email from Jennifer Amos saying they could not process my credit card and to send money via Western Union. I sent money to

On 12/7.

After they received my money, I inquired about shipping details. They're manager (Farid Khan) then told me they had stopped the order because I didn't place the MUO (minimum unit order) for their company of 5. They requested that I order 4 more products and send them more money for the items and they would then ship my products. He told me that Jennifer was a new employee and did not know this minimum order policy. At this point, I told them I would not send anymore money and requested that they send me the item I had ordered or to refund my money. They refused to do either, stating it was against their company policy. I told them that their salesperson should have never let me place the order or send money if this was indeed their policy. They still refuse to refund my money or the products I ordered.
