We do not ship out only one unit order, our company (MOU) is 5units
Jennifer did not tell you this for she is just newly employed to the company so as a matter of fact I urge you to follow our company units policy,

We understand your concern, but We do not offer refund for such items.
The company MOU notification is written on Delivery Information page.
You do not need to buy five units of the same products, you can add other products just to make it minimum of 5 units.
What you have to do now is pick more 4 items add to the previous 1 order so you can meet the MOU requirement.
Then let us know which of the product you want to add we will package the 5 units and as soon as you make the balance payment we will ship out the units.
