I know you have been patiently waiting for your funds to be dispersed to you. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I just wanted to update you on the current status of your account.
Do you know how many more lenders you applied with when you applied online with us? I was contacted by the credit bureau Equifax this morning regarding your social security number being red flagged due to, an unusual amount of inquiries being made to your number.
That’s why I just wanted to double check with you, whether you have been applying with a lot of different web sites for loans lately. You have to be careful. On one hand it is good that they are monitoring things closely for your protection, but unfortunately on our end the broker was notified of this discrepancy and is now requesting for the policy premium to be added to your account (7th page of the contract). The total cost of the policy premium is $2,900. I have been negotiating with the broker on your behalf and due to the unforeseen nature of this circumstance; we are willing to cover the majority of the amount for you. The maximum of the amount that we can cover for you is $2,300.
In order to get the funds processed to your account today, there is an additional payment required of $600 from you. This $600 towards the policy premium will be refunded in 6 months along with the security deposit. If you do not have the $600 additional to send to us, I can have your $625 plus sending fee refunded to you in 15 days; via your checking account.
If you would like to go forward and complete the $600 payment, the payment information is the same as before. Please let me know what you have decided and once again, I apologize for any inconvenience.

I am upseting. They will deposit $5,000 in my bank on 4th of dec
