On 10/31 I was closed out of my website. I called 3XP Web Solutions LLC and they told me that I have to renew my website, which I did for the cost of $8.50 and then they charged me a monthly charge of $29.95 on 11/12. My web site was never reinstated and when I called them they were very sarcastic, so I told them I no longer wanted their services and I want a refund of the $8.50 and $29.95. To this date 12/8 I still have not received my refund. They are a poor company to deal with.
