On 10/12/10 I paid 3XP WEb Solutions LLC $1000 for a $10,000 products from Doba for my web store and was charged $29.95 for each month until 10/12. I was given no help setting up my web site and when I would call for help they would give me ashort sarcastic remark and hang up - if they even would answer at all. You would call the toll free number andyou would never get a live person. You would get a voice mail and they would often not even return your call. You would have to call them several times before they would return your call. I never got any help so I never sold anything for the whole year. This company STINKS and should be put out of business before they hurt anymore people. I would like a refund for that whole year but I don't suppose I will get it. But i definitely want my refund on my previous complaint for the month and a half that they stopped my website and charged me anyways. I hope to be able to get some of a refund for this very poor year of 11/10 to 11/12 for $29.95 a month plus the $1000 for the product store which I was never able to get into the web site properly so I could sell something.
