These people whom I do not know took money out of my checking account without my authorization. They claim that I requested a loan online? I would never do this nor did I?! I called them and waited on hold for 25 minutes before anyone was on the line to talk to. Then, this person argued with me about this loan which I never requested. I say that I wanted a supervisor on the line immediately and they put me on hold for another 15 minutes... Then ended up hanging up on me... I'm so frustrated about this...
