Ordered what I thought was two samples for a total of £5.92 postage full size bottles were sent plus one for eye cream that I did not send for and I've been charged a total of £211.88 when I phoned the lady told me that in the T&C you have so many days to try them out and if not returned are charged full. I cannot remember reading that. Am going to phone again. Gayno
