I ordered the free trial for both the above products, paid the shipping fees, and received 1 1/2 weeks later. I was told when I tried to cancel that the trial period was for 12 days... I barely had time to open the boxes, let alone try the products! One party told me they would refund but I never received it. I tried calling, but the automated message only tells you your cancelled and there are no other options to talk to a "live" person. The other product (which was advertised together when I ordered, claiming you needed both to lose weight) refused me a refund and said it was my fault for not cancelling in 12 days. I said I only authorized payment for shipping on a free trial but she wouldn't budge! I'd like to take this complaint further!
