I am very computer knowledgeable but somehow this web site must have tricked me into signing up. They promised to refund my $99.49 when I called on 11/29 but nothing has happened yet. They said that it would take 3-5 working days to refund. I told the woman that "helped" me, (her name is ALice Morgan - probably lied) that I did not believe her. And so far she has given me good reason to still not believe her. I am trying to call them this morning but all I get is a message.
