Orange Hardware Ltd. Did 2 orders with us before, then he want to net 10. We had many negotiations and i finally got net 10 from my boss for him. Then we got back to cooperate. We sent him some product value $23016. Later my boss got the information from his friend that Gary defaulted payment more than half a month. So we immediately recalled our products from DHL. But still payed $233 shipping price for DHL. We should work together to resist fraudulent conduct.
But, we also deeply learned a lesson from it. We shouldn't agree net. We should protect our own interests, fair and mutually beneficial in international deal!!! Unity is strength!!!
