They misrepresented themselves as an arm of aol and they are not connected to aol. I asked if this fee included the $15/mo fee i pay to aol and they lied and said it included this fee. And last, they absolutely did not fix my problem. I asked for them to discontinue this contract 10 hours after i took it out. They are scam artists
