2 Dec. 2011 This is my 4th letter I am writing. I am very upset about your company. I ordered the trail and the postage money$2.62was taken from my bank acc, on 23 Sept. Till today I haven't receive anything. Then you took on 8 Oct the amount of $112.51 and I still haven't received and I don't want it any more.
