I ordered free trial juvenue product offered for on website $1.99 for postage fee. On 22/08 credit card was charged $1.98 and on 6/09 credit card was charged $83.97. Product RECEIVED 12/09. Rang customer service on 12/09 she said too late only had 14 days to return. Nothing about limited time to return nor charge for the product after trial. Will not provide address to return or email address for complaint. Offered to cancel further products and put forward my complaint. Misleading and representing advertising.
