I got a call from a rep responding to inquiry I placed online. She started guarenting numbers of people that would visit my site per month based on my search term. When the numbers she told me were higher than the number of people who actually search for that term I asked how that could be. She apologized and said she hasnt had her coffee yet. The new set of numbers were 33% of the total people that search for that term, her explanation was she didn't know how the guys came up with the number and she couldn't explain it to me. She then hung up on me after I politely inquired further. I called back and the receptionist not only couldnt tell me who I spoke to based on my information, but she could not tell me anything, how many sales reps they had or anything. Total scam. I bet they have people that just click on your site all day.
