My family and I applied for a loan through another company, and somehow this company got our information, called and said we were approved for the loan that we applied for. Then they emailed us a copy of all the agreements and contract. We were told because of the dollar amount ($25,000.00) we needed to pay a "Good Faith" deposit which would equal 3 months of payment upfront. ($1245.09) They also said that we could choose from 2 other options, 1 Using our Paid Off Cars for Collateral, but they couldn't be more than 3 years old. Or either buying insurance from their company in the event that we lost our Jobs... This option cost $1,400. Either way A Payment would not be due until July. We signed the agreement faxed over agreement along with picture ID (Drivers License) also checking account info (Bank Name, Bank Routing Number, Checking Acct#. Also we faxed over our Payroll information. The funds were to be deposited into our checking acct. Funds were not deposited into our acct. We called over and over again. Each time we called they gave us the run around and said they were overwhelmed with loans, funds will be deposited as soon as possible.
Now the phones go straight to voice mail.
