I went there to buy lottery tickets. I placed a $20 bill on the counter then the lady picked it up. I told the lady what I wanted. After she printed up the lottery tickets (10 tickets total) and told me it will be $10.00 I told her she took $20 bill already and I expected change out of it. Somehow, she claimed she doesnt remember picking it up. We argued about it. There were videos around plus the upper manager claimed they will have to wait til the end of the shift to balance the drawer to find out plus they don't have access to view the video. I even had a witness to back me up. I gave them my number and left. They called later asking me to come in to pick up my lottery tickets but did NOT give me a $10 changes out of the $20 I gave them. They said we have to wait til the following day for the supervisor to come in to view the camera & will give me a call. Still no call or received any changes yet. My question is WHY would they give me the tickets if they weren't sure if I gave them the money or not. My wife was once a cashier said they could have stopped to balance the drawer if they wanted too. I feel this matter should have been solved on the same day instead of getting ridiculous excuses. They are the most stupiest and unprofessional employees I ever dealt with. Stay away from that store or you may get screwed too.
