I repeat what others have said - do not order. Their site looks very good and the customer service sounds great. Almost a month into my order - no contact no phone number that they answer (their 888 and local go to full mail boxes) they do not answer email. The Better Business Bureau of Clearwater Florida is attempting to find out anything (they are receiving many complaints each day in the last 2 weeks.). VISA will be trying to contact them as well.
