Last week they took. 01 then another. 01, then a third. 01, today $30. Lady on phone was persistent to tell me I authorized it. Asked to speak with a manager and was told every minute for 10 minutes that manager was handling other customers. 10 minutes lady she said her manager authorized a refund within 7 to 10 days. I asked how he was able to do so if he was on the phohne with other people and she said "he muted the phone". Oh, I see... He was sick of listening to the other people (Inappropriate Content Removed) so he muted out their calls. My bank told me I most likely will not get a refund and that they take a penny or two in order to see if the account is active. I was also informed I have to close my bank account of 12 years and call all my bills that have direct pay.
