I had an unauthorized $30 charge on my bank account today. I called 866-210-1236 and kept receiving a fast busy signal. However if you keep trying that number, you will eventually get through to someone. Took me several hours but someone answered the phone. You have to be very persistant that you want a refund but the lady said I would be getting a refund in 4-7 business days.
