I have been calling the the KS DOL since 11/23 when I was supposed to receive my benefit check. I found that on their website it was denied for ineligibility and they would send me information. I have checked my mail daily for a two weeks, needless to say, another week has gone by and now I'm two weeks w/o benefits. I have tried calling their multiple numbers to no avail. I really believe no one is there. If you're lucky to make their call queue you will sit there for a minimum of 50 minutes... Yes 50, and then they will conveniently disconnect. This has happened so many times. I have since lost my cell phone service for lack of payment thanks to these people. I am now going to the KS Attorney Generals office. Let's see what they're up to, if anyone's at home there.
