This entity does not advise "what" the reason is for denial. All they do is deny and disappear. They do not answer calls. They don't send the information they say they are. And they disconnect after sitting in queue for 50 minutes. Who do they have working there? Peggy? I'm going to the AG's office. This has to stop!
