I agreed to a package of service provided by Century Link, there was suppose to be one bill, and one price for internet, phone and TV (provided by Direct TV).. When I found out I was lied to about the price of the services Century Link threw me under the bus and told me I had to cancel with Direct TV myself. Direct TV then charged me a cancellation fee of $480.00. The service was only in for 10 days. Direct TV was not the culprit in this fiasco the company which lied to me about all of the pricing was CENTURY LINK.
Don not do business with this company, you will end up getting screwed.
