Run away from them!!! So I just moved into an apartment building with century link and direct tv being the only available internet and cable provider. To put it lightly, these companies are the most bumbling and sadistic companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered the bundle package almost a month ago and due to their bumbling incompetence, I still have no cable hooked up. I finally got the internet hooked up after 3 weeks and hours on end dealing with their 'customer service', I got the internet hooked up. I have spent a minimum of 3 hrs a day for the last weeks dealing with them. They have absolutely horrible customer service and will just transfer you around and tell you to call different numbers for hours on end. Dealing with this company has, made me decide to change apartments after my lease is up. If you have an option... Never deal with directv or century link. Any initial savings they offer will quickly be replaced by random charges. The customer service is so horrendous you will want to cut off your ear... If you want to have to call 6 different numbers and be transferred between 10 different departments in a fruitless attempt to solve even the most basic problems, please sign up...
