The website was part of the Commission Crusher program offered by Steve Eiser. I was unable to implement this program because there was no technical support as promised. I thought the website was included in the price of the program but I continued to be charged $9.95 per month by Brainhost. I asked for a refund within the 60-day time period that was offered by Steve Eiser but never got a response, even after about a dozen requests. Between Steve Eiser and Brainhost I was scammed out of $429.50.
