When i made a top-up of my virtual credit card issued by Entropay, they blocked my account and asked me for a valid ID and a copy of the both sides of my plastic credit card (mastercard prepaid) i've used to top up the virtual one and a proof of address. After i provided the scans of my documents the send me back an email that my account is suspended and theholded my 100 usd there. The support team stopped to contact me!
