In May they made my account dormant, saying that I did not use it for more than 6 months. To reactivate it they took 2.5 GBP off my account. They repeated this trick June 27 and again on September 25. When I complained, they replied that I was to spend money by buying things via Entropay. I reminded them that there was no such rule in their terms and conditions but to no avail. They left me 0.4o pence. They should be checked out by the police and brought to court.
