They stole money from me too! I reported complaints with all of the companies aka's names to the BBB in Cincinnati. This company never explained to me that there was a "managed" plan that obligated customers to monthly shipments, then there is apparently a "non-managed" plan that costs more but apparently doesn't require a committment.in either case you will never get your money back, unless you fight for it.
I am writing to the Cincinnati newspaper about this company. All of the truthful answers are on the BBB site in Ohio. Check them out.
