My agreement with lifekey healthcare and their supposed policy was that customers may cancel automatic shipping/billing of product (ogleplex and enzyte) at any time. I called to have product cancelled over a month ago. Service rep stated that I would no longer be billed.
On 04/25/04 lifekey healthcare aka boland naturals billed my debit account the amount of 69.95. I called them and told them this this product was supposed to be cancelled. The representitive I spoke with stated they had no knowledge of this cancellation and refused to refund funds taken from my account.
