I applied for a loan on the internet and was denied. I never received any money. All of a sudden I have thirty-dollars subtracted from my account. I called them and they tell me that they are guarantee me a loan I never asked for and that I did not understand the terms. (there was nothing on that site indicating that I have to pay thirty dollars. I asked for a supervisor and I was put on hold. I got a supervisor by the name of Toni Wayne she told me the only thing she could do for me to cancell the membership (I did not sign up for a membership!) She hung up on me.
