I paid $8.99 to unlock my Samsung phone. I received an email from them the next day saying they were unable to unlock the phone and that i will receive a refund from them. Here is a quote from the email they sent me. "As an apology for this, we would like to offer you a full refund and a free unlock code for your phone as soon as one becomes available on our database." i contacted them several time and never got a response. It is clear they have no intentions of refunding my money. I realize there is no contact info other than an email address, no ph #, no address, etc.
