On 11/21, I noticed that a check on my account had cleared for the amount of 37.95. I had not written a check to this company, nor did I authorize an e-check. I googled the company and found this blog. I noticed several posts that stated the the withdrawls happened on more than one instance. I immediately began going over my account for the past couple of months. I found two e-checks that had cleared, both for the amount of 37.95. I immediately contacted my bank, and then I contacted UKeepsVoip's customer service. I was told that that my account would be cancelled and that I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. Let's see if that happens.
