Noticed a neg withdrawal for. 03 then one for. 01 on 11-21. Tried to call the number 888-507-1740 was hold for over 45 mins. They kept tell to please hold that the first Representative would be right with me that all of them were busy. After 45 mins i hung up. Called my bank this morning 11-22-11 and told them there was strange activity on my account.in the process of stopping payment on their id number a 30.00 dollar charge came thru from them. She could not stop payment at that time. I had to go into bank and fill out fraudulent paper work so they could try to get my money back. I then had to close orig acct and open up new on. Please anyone that has had to deal with these people or whoever they are file complaints so we can get our money back.
