It was an individual scammer using the name James Mangold

I was sent postal money orders and asked to send the money from them to Daniel Olke (for Mr. Mangold) in Ghana. Mr. Mangold and I had corresponded for over a year and planned to get married on his arrival to the states. I am now having to pay back the money to my bank and have not heard anything else from Mr. Mangold
