Phillip is a common bottom dweller. He has ripped off so many people of the years, I am surprised he is still alive. His family members don't even associate with him. He lies in order to exploit one's aspirations for employment, professional advancement or business development. He has used several aliases over the years. If you do a search for his name you will find a bio that is so full of lies and overblown professional accomplishments that lightning should strike the computer! Unless you enjoy watching someone take your money, time and skills for personal gain, stay away from this person. Additionally, you may very well be placing yourself in grave danger just being in the same room with him, as so many people are looking for him that you might end up as collateral damage by being in the wrong place, with the wrong person at the wrong time..
