Purchased furnace. Took 4 weeks to install. Electrical work they subcontracted had to be put off delaying the job many times. I went 2 days without heat. The ductwork to one of my vents was never hooked up. They rerouted my exhaust for my water heater and the venting is improper so that the exhaust just goes into my basement. When a repairman came to provide yearly maintenance he found all these things and said the type of furnace they sold me was inappropriate for my house. The furnace itself could freeze and be ruined if my basement is not heated. I have a dirt basement with no intentions of heating it.
