Don't know who they are, only a guy named Ryan. Don't know where they are located. I do not find them listed or registered doing business in the State of Oregon. I paid $99 and received a list for a city I did not request. He then sent a list of 4 properties I viewed 60-90 days previously in apartment searching that were listed on property mgt. Websites.in signing up, I was clear with Ryan I was not interested in old listings. He turns around and does exactly that, sends old listings that are properties in drug infested areas of town. I called, they do not answer their phone.informed Ryan that was not what we talked about. He called and left a message, said he would send another list that day.
Next day no list received. I called and left message again, cancelling the service. Ryan calls back, there are no refunds. I filed a Cardholder Dispute form with my Credit Union who forwards it to Visa to deal with. This company is fraudlent in representing itself to the public through the internet. Do not do business with this Ryan! Scammer.
