Carpet Savers (Ryan Is Owner) Ryan charged me to dye section of carpet, faded within 1 month, didn't fix problem or return my money

I hired Ryan who owns CARPET SAVERS to clean and dye my carpet.

Within 1 month the dye faded and the spots returned just like nothing had ever been done. When I called Ryan at CARPET SAVERS he said he would come and fix it and never showed up.

When I called him he made excuses and finally just stopped returning my calls altogether. He ignored the Better Business Bureau correspondence, and I later found out on my own that he is not licensed as a business.

He was referred by a property management company I used to rent my property-POWLEY PROPERTY in Torrance CA.
