I bought Urban Rebounder through Amazon.com. It arrived in a timely manner and I as I was assembling it, I realized the bars which you hold on to as you are jumping, did not fit together. One bar is supposed to fit into the other and snap. These two bars, being exactly the same circumference, did not fit into each other. They are now hanging in mid-air.
I e-mailed the company. They told me to send a picture of the problem along with my proof of picture from Amazon. This I did. No response. I called customer service. They said they were unable to download the attachment. So I sent the very same thing to my friends. The attachments downloaded for all of them. I resent it to the company ([email protected]) and never rec'd a response. Resent it again (!) with no response. I'm stuck with two useless bars.
