I bought 160M RS gold for $72.00 through paypal. The company promises 10 minutes delivery. After over an hour, i filed a dispute on paypal. They immediately showed me the money and said they can't give it to me with an open dispute, and asked me to close it. I agreed and closed the dispute, and now they won't answer no matter what i do. I have the whole transaction on video.
