Paid for very good seats, Stub Hub confirmed and billed my card. Weeks latter they notified me that the seller did not have those seats but offered seats farther away from home plate for the same price but were going to wave a portion of their fee. I tried three times to resolve this issue over the phone only to be told that a customer rep would call. Never happened. I closed the issue by requesting my money back. I'll look to another vender next time.
