I have been trying for six months to resolve a payment/billing issue. However, this review is for TECO's horrible "automated" system. It doesn't matter if I have called on a corded landline, cell or Skype... Every single call required multiple trips from the main menu. First it would go to the Spanish menu. (I'll refrain from further comment on that.) Then it wouldn't recognize my phone number or account number... Multiple times, using both voice and keypad. Today it took me NINE ATTEMPTS to get a real person. And, sadly, your electric company is not an entity you can easily dump for another brand.
